In order to reduce waste and maintain availability, mugs are printed on demand and shipped directly from my printing partner. 

So please note when you order that they are printed and dispatched within 1 weeks of ordering and delivery is estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch.  This means it could take up to 14 working days for you to receive your mug, so please take this into account when you order.  

Any other items in the same order will ship directly from me separately.
